ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
The owner of the online store LiReiKids (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is OÜ Lirei (registration code 17437920), located at Põllu tee 6-1, Pärnamäe village, Viimsi parish, Harju County, 74020, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These Terms and Conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout.
Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

Payments are processed here. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The agreement enters into force once the amount due has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Sweden, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg.
To receive the goods, the buyer can choose between the following delivery methods: Omniva and DPD parcel machines and courier service. The exact delivery method and service provider are selected during checkout.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
The delivery time is 3–8 days, depending on the location of the partner warehouse. For Estonian brands, this may be shorter.
In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as allowed for testing goods in a physical store.
According to Section 53 of the Estonian Consumer Protection Act, underwear, socks, teething rings, drinking bottles, pots, toothbrushes, and other personal items are not eligible for return. The returned goods must be in the original packaging.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item subject to the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof of having returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been marked significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within one year from the delivery of the goods, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to refute this presumption lies with the Online Store.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months by sending an email to support@lireikids.eu.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to transport service providers for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing notifications.
The buyer can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the promotional email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to support@lireikids.eu.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural rules and the application form can be accessed here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
